This Privacy Policy explains how Soluna Solutions LLC (“Soluna,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information in connection with our software application “Soluna Reseller Solutions” (the “Service”). The Service helps Amazon sellers evaluate products for their own selling business.

1. Information We Process

When you connect your Amazon selling account using Amazon’s Login with Amazon (OAuth), you authorize us to access certain data from the Amazon Selling Partner API (“Amazon Information”) on your behalf, including:

  • Catalog and product data (e.g., product attributes by ASIN/UPC).
  • Your account’s listing eligibility and restriction status for specific products.
  • Referral and fulfillment fee estimates.
  • Competitive pricing context used to estimate margin.
  • Authorization credentials (OAuth refresh tokens) needed to call the API on your behalf.

We do not access, request, process, or store any buyer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as customer names, addresses, or order recipient details.

2. How We Use Information

Amazon Information is used solely to provide the Service to the same seller who authorized it — to display listing eligibility, fees, pricing context, and estimated margins so that seller can make sourcing and pricing decisions for their own catalog. We do not use one seller’s data to benefit any other seller.

3. How We Store and Protect Information

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Authorization tokens and any stored Amazon Information are encrypted at rest (AES-256), with access restricted to authorized personnel.
  • Application secrets are stored in protected environment variables, never in source code or public repositories.
  • Administrative accounts use multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • We maintain an incident response plan and report security incidents involving Amazon Information to security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Amazon Information with any third party. Amazon Information is used exclusively within Soluna Solutions LLC to operate the Service for the authorizing seller. We do not retrieve Amazon Information from any external (non-Amazon) source.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Amazon Information only while your account is active and the authorization is maintained. You may revoke access at any time from Amazon Seller Central (Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps → Disable Authorization). Upon de-authorization or account closure, we delete the associated tokens and stored Amazon Information within 30 days.

6. Your Choices

  • You can disconnect the Service from your Amazon account at any time.
  • You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
